Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. Log into My Account and click pay bill. If you do not have access call in and have the Customer Service Representative add your email. You will then be able to log into your online account.

Schedule an appointment online. You will have an initial comprehensive inspection, be sure to ask for the Monthly Subscription Plan.

I am selling my home and need a Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI). What's next?

First you need to book an appointment. Next an inspector will come to your home for a thorough evaluation. This service usually costs $165. We will then email you the report so you can provide that documentation at the closing of your purchase.

Do you cover wildlife?

No, we only cover pests and mice as well as rats. If you have squirrels, raccoons, birds, skunks or other wildlife we recommend contacting animal control or Apache Pest Control.
